Course includes practical work, so a good general level of fitness is required:
Eyesight- good binocular vision; able to judge distance etc.
Mobility- able to climb.
Vertigo- we do not build Towers to extreme heights, but a fear of heights would make
candidates a danger to themselves, other candidates, and our Instructors.
Hearing- able to hear instructions/ warnings.

Introduction- Why the need for training?
Inspections & registers.
Safe systems of work.
Component, use & inspections to be carried out.
Toe-boards and handrails.
Construction (Health, Safety & Welfare.) Regulation 1996.
Height to base ratio- use of outriggers & stabilisers.
Assessment paper.
Practical session- erection & dismantling of the Mobile Access Tower.
