Aim
To provide persons responsible for safety with an understanding of the responsibilities of
employers and others under health and safety legislation and to give them the practical knowledge
to put in place and manage health and safety procedures within their area of responsibility.

Common law duties and main concepts of employers liability
Standard rules and contractual conditions of contracts for sub contractors.
The role of the manager / supervisor in accident prevention and security.
